Frequently Asked Questions
Only Indian nationals residing in the UAE are eligible to apply for Hajj, and this must be done through the official Hajj Committee of India or authorised operators. During the Hajj season, entry into Makkah is strictly restricted, and only pilgrims holding a valid Hajj Visa are permitted. Tourist visas or Umrah visas cannot be used for Hajj, as Saudi regulations allow access to Makkah exclusively for Hajj Visa holders during this period.
The itinerary covers all essential Hajj rituals including Mina stay, Rami (stoning) rituals, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Tawaf al-Wida (Farewell Tawaf). Guides provide step-by-step support throughout.
Pilgrims should bring Ihram garments, prayer essentials, comfortable footwear, personal hygiene items, medications, ID/passport, and small travel bags for daily needs.
Timings may adjust due to crowd management, local regulations, or traffic conditions. Guides ensure all rituals are completed and communicate any schedule updates promptly.
