  1. Company Information

My Travel Republic is a registered company under the Ajman Free Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates, as The Travel Republic F.Z.C. We specialize in providing travel, tourism, Umrah, and Event Management services to clients worldwide.

  1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved payment partners such as Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay & Google Pay (where available).
  • “Travel Now, Pay Later” options are subject to third-party terms and eligibility.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@mytravelrepublic.com.
  • Refund eligibility and processing time depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other service providers.
  • Non-refundable deposits or cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of the cancellation.
  • My Travel Republic reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing fees from the total refund.

  1. Travel Documents & Visas

  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, insurance, vaccination certificates, etc.) are valid before travel.
  • My Travel Republic provides visa assistance but cannot guarantee approval, as final decisions rest with the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

  1. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Changes to Itineraries or Services

  • My Travel Republic reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel tours or itineraries due to operational reasons, weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events.
  • In such cases, we will make every effort to offer suitable alternatives or partial refunds where applicable.

  1. Liability Disclaimer

  • My Travel Republic acts only as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.).
  • We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party negligence, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Events & Wedding Packages

For destination weddings and event management services, a separate agreement will outline detailed terms, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, and supplier contracts.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and materials displayed on this website are the property of My Travel Republic F.Z.C. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
